Consisting of the SINAMICS S200 drive, SIMOTICS S-1FL1 motor and Motion Connect cables, this servo system covers a power range of 0.1–0.75 kW and fits various standard applications. It has outstanding performance: a 62.5μs fast current controller and PROFINET IRT ensure high dynamic response.
The current controller cycle of 62.5μs and PROFINET IRT communication cycle of 250μs deliver high dynamic response of the motion control system to improve production efficiency.
The compact module saves installation space in the cabinet. Enjoy access to many commissioning tools like Startdrive and Webserver for convenient system configuration and commissioning.
Core performance indicators including current controller cycle, PROFINET IRT cycle, speed ripple, and positioning accuracy are identical to those of the SIMANICS S200/B.
The drive is only 40mm wide to supports side-by-side installation without derating.
The S200C is compatible with 1FL1 and 1FL2 motors. Encoder options include 17-bit single-turn absolute, 21-bit single-turn absolute, 21-bit multi-turn absolute (battery-free) and 21-bit multi-turn absolute (battery).
