SINAMICS G200 basic inverter is a cost-effective Ethernet-based inverter developed on a Siemens new generation platform, covering a power range of 0.37kW-7.5kW. It features an advanced motor control algorithm, supporting high-performance V/f and sensorless vector control. 

The inverter is only 60-100mm wide and is integrated into Startdrive for seamless interaction in TIA Portal. It supports multiple commissioning methods via TIA, Webserver and LCD panel.

Side-by side installation

The Basic Inverter supports side-by side installation, up to 45 ℃ without derating.

Integrated braking unit

There’s no need for an external braking unit. Simply connect the inverter to the braking resistor for fast motor braking.

The Basic Inverter is equipped with multi motor control modes and an improved motor identification algorithm. It  includes V/F, standard drive control, dynamic drive control, ECO mode and more.
