Why PM-MAINT?

Unplanned outages cost time and money. This is exactly where PM‑MAINT comes in: With preventive and performance-based maintenance, you can reduce maintenance costs, increase system availability and avoid costly repairs. Required materials and personnel are specifically planned for each order. The intuitive interface supports where the work takes place. This allows you to keep track of your resources during maintenance.

Utilization based maintenance

PM-MAINT calculates maintenance plans based on actual load – not just on a calendar basis. Inspections are triggered only when needed. This conserves resources and maximizes plant availability.

HMI integration

Damage reports can be managed directly by plant operators in the HMI. Writing maintenance information back into the process enables access to relevant maintenance data – directly on the machine.

Make maintenance plannable

Keep track of everything: Upcoming maintenance, ongoing orders and open feedback can be viewed at any time – for full traceability and reliable planning.

Featured capabilities

Proactive maintenance planning

Maintenance intervals are automatically calculated according to calendar, operation or event. PM‑MAINT uses the actual operating hours, switching cycles and calendar data to cyclically determine optimized maintenance dates. This allows maintenance to be planned ahead – failures are prevented before they occur.

The planned orders view displays the maintenance interval for the objects and the calculated date of the next maintenance.

Automatic order generation

For recurring routine tasks, PM‑MAINT automatically generates maintenance orders – as soon as a configured interval expires or a process event occurs. The triggering takes place cyclically, once or by process signals such as faults or limit value violations. You still retain full control: orders can be manually created, adjusted and prioritized at any time.

Document Management

Documents, drawings and instructions can be attached directly to objects, planned orders, orders or notifications. All maintenance-relevant information is thus available centrally and contextually – maintenance personnel always have the right documents at hand, exactly when needed.

Logging and traceability

All operating actions are recorded in the logbook – including the type of action, object name, order number, time stamp and username. Notification, order and feedback data can be accessed at any time. Customizable reports can be viewed or printed, with automatic job generation without any manual intervention.

HMI integration

Remaining maintenance intervals, switching cycles and operating hours until the next maintenance can be written in HMI variables together with the pre-calculated date and thus visualized directly on the machine. This reduces friction losses in maintenance by integrating the operating personnel into the planning.
