Why Connection Modules VIB & FPP?

The Connection Modules Vibration (VIB) and Fast Process Parameters (FPP) record vibration and analog signals from various sensors along the entire drivetrain at 96 kHz.

PLC-independent, they work alone or alongside up to 16 devices, synchronously recording and forwarding all sensor data. Together with Drivetrain Analyzer Onsite or X-Tools and corresponding sensors, they form a complete PC-based condition monitoring solution.

Connection Module VIB

Thanks to its IEPE sensor input and 96 kHz high frequency sampling rate, the Connection Module VIB (vibration) can acquire all the vibration data needed for condition monitoring analysis of your drivetrain. In addition to the vibration data, the connectivity module also can acquire temperature data. All sensor information can be recorded and transmitted synchronously.

Connection Module FPP

The Connection Module FPP (fast processing parameters) is the perfect module for more complex applications where more parameters and values need to be monitored. Thanks to the analog inputs you can acquire data such as pressure, temperature, torque, flow, noise, DMS, position, oil level or speed – also with a sampling rate of 96 kHz and time-synchronized.
