The SIVACON 8PS - LR system is a reliable busbar trunking system for power transmission. It ensures reliable power transmission even under adverse ambient conditions, making it perfectly suited for outdoor applications and harsh environments. Its epoxy cast-resin housing provides a high degree of protection (IP68), outstanding mechanical stability, and high resistance to weather and chemical substances.
Environmental factors such as humidity and corrosive or salty atmospheres cannot harm the robust LR system. The epoxy cast-resin housing makes the system highly resistant to weather conditions and chemical substances.
Serving applications ranging from 400 A to 6,300 A, and with only minimum space requirements, it can be optimally adjusted to the construction conditions - with elbow, knee, Z-, and T-elements for change of direction.
To meet preventive fire protection measures, the LR system can be fitted with EI90 and EI120 fire barriers (category of EN 13501), tested in accordance with EN 1366-3, ensuring compliance with European building regulations.
You can install the system in horizontal flat, horizontal edgewise or vertical configurations.
The LR system can be easily and quickly fitted by means of the bolt-type terminal block. Numerous transformer connections are available. It can be easily combined with the LI and LD systems for indoor applications.
