SIMOTICS Torquemotors are the first choice for maximum precision and productivity on rotary axes. Their direct‑drive design saves space, increases flexibility, reduces maintenance and delivers high torque with excellent dynamics and accuracy. They’re available in two types:

T-1FW3 complete torquemotor
T-1FW6 built-in torquemotor

SIMOTICS T-1FW3: Compact and water-cooled motor design

The extremely compact, water-cooled construction offers high power density and stable continuous operation. Ideal for space-restricted machines requiring strong, reliable torque delivery.

SIMOTICS T-1FW3: Fast installation, stiff drive train

Delivered factory assembled with torque arm, clamping element and centering sleeve, enabling simple and safe machine integration. Creates a very stiff drive train for optimal control accuracy.

SIMOTICS T-1FW6: Built-in motor for maximum precision

Supplied as stator and rotor components for direct machine integration, supporting highly precise rotary motion. Ideal for rotary axes, indexing systems and advanced machining applications.

SIMOTICS T-1FW6: Space-saving direct-drive architecture

Operates without couplings or gearboxes, requiring significantly less space than conventional drives. The integrated or jacket cooling options support compact machine designs.
