Why Extractive heated TDLAS + SHS for tough, narrow gas lines?
Challenge
Siemens range of TDLAS analyzers are in-situ design. While there are specific advantages for in situ installations, there are applications which need an extractive solution, for example:
• Smaller diameter of pipelines which can't offer enough path length
• Higher temperatures or very heavy dust load, etc
• Vibrations and impurities
• Automobile Industry, engine exhaust testing needs extractive solutions
Solution
• An extractive solution with heated sample cell design of various kind of MOC
• In some cases a suitable primary SHS to remove impurities like tar, naphthalene, aerosols, etc
• At times return line to process where venting now permitted
