Automotive showrooms and test centres

The automotive industry is a technology trendsetter in manufacturing. As a promoter in the field of digitalisation, Siemens is always committed to the development and testing of cutting-edge technologies. As a result, two automotive showrooms and test centres were created in Nuremberg, Germany, and Shanghai, China. The Nuremberg Auto Showroom in Germany is a 5G standalone network deployed in an industrial environment using the 3.7-3.8 GHz frequency band. In the automotive showrooms and test centres in Shanghai, customers can witness the collision of highly automated electromechanical systems combined with digitalisation to create real value. In addition, the themes of 'Artificial Intelligence', 'Predictive Maintenance', 'Digital Twin' and 'Flexible Production' were deployed in the two exhibition halls, which are popular themes that will promote future production.
