Why SITRANS TDL?

SITRANS TDL is an in-situ tunable diode laser analyzer, designed for fast, selective and sensitive measurement of numerous different gases, including O2, NH3, H2O, CO, CO2, CH4, HCl, HF, H2, H2S, CH2O and many more.

It consists of a pair of cross-duct sensor units which are directly installed at the measuring point in the plant, making it the ideal solution for non-contact measurement of gas concentrations.

In‑situ laser gas analysis

The SITRANS TDL contains all the needed hardware to perform laser gas analysis: a pair of cross-duct sensors, an emitter unit and a receiver unit. The sensors are mounted directly on the process. The transmitter sends a laser beam at a specific wavelength, it passes through the process gas and reaches the detector on the receiver side. The measurements are carried out online with an excellent response time.
