The web application for admins manages new and installed devices, loads lists of water meters with relevant details, creates routes for time and human resources optimization, assigns tasks to users and tracks progress. Data can be exported in CSV/XLSX or integrated with AMR platforms. The mobile application for technical crews provides task lists and detailed information, allows searching for devices by code, status or location on the map, facilitates report drafting and submission, records task details via description, checklist, barcode scanning and photos, and sends task information in part or in whole when internet connection is available.
