Warum All-in-One Storage for Hazardous Chemicals?

Laboratories often require separate cabinets for different hazardous substances, consuming valuable space and increasing energy demand. The VarioProtect® combines the storage of flammable, corrosive and toxic chemicals in one certified solution. By replacing up to three cabinets with a single unit, laboratories benefit from space savings, reduced exhaust air requirements, lower operating costs and ergonomic access to chemicals.

The VarioProtect® enables the safe storage of flammable, corrosive,corrosive and toxic chemicals in a single cabinet. Laboratories can replace up to three separate storage cabinets while maintaining compliance with relevant safety standards,reducing complexity and freeing valuable laboratory space.
By combining multiple hazardous material storage functions in one cabinet, only a single exhaust air connection is required. This reduces exhaust air demand, lowers energy consumption and can save approximately €400 in operating costs per year compared to multiple cabinets.
Certified according to DIN EN 14470-1 Type 90, the VarioProtect protects stored hazardous substances for at least 90 minutes in the event of a fire. Its integrated ventilation concept continuously removes hazardous vapours and helps maintain a safe laboratory environment.
Vertical pull-out drawers provide direct, ergonomic access to frequently used chemicals at the point of use. This supports efficient workflows while reducing handling effort and search times.
With a footprint comparable to a fume cupboard and a high storage capacity, the VarioProtect integrates easily into laboratory layouts. Corrosion-resistant materials and removable polypropylene shelves ensure durability, easy cleaning and long-term reliability.

Multi-Hazard Storage in One Cabinet

Enables the compliant storage of flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals and, optionally, toxic substances within a single cabinet. Separate storage areas support the safe handling of different hazardous material classes.

Type 90 Fire Resistance

Certified according to DIN EN 14470-1 Type 90, providing fire resistance for at least 90 minutes. Automatic closing mechanisms help maintain protection in the event of a fire.

Integrated Ventilation Concept

Continuous airflow and a centrally positioned exhaust system ensure uniform extraction throughout the cabinet. Hazardous vapours are removed directly from the storage area to support a safe laboratory environment.

Corrosion-Resistant Interior

Constructed with durable, corrosion-resistant plastics for the safe storage of acids, alkalis and other aggressive chemicals. Removable polypropylene shelves facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

Ergonomic Vertical Pull-Out Drawers
