Warum AdaptiveControl and ToolMonitor?

To ensure stable machining and consistent part quality, NC programmes and operating processes are generally designed for the worst-case scenario (e.g. larger blanks, worn tools, etc.). This leaves room for process optimisation in real time.
By using real-time data from the process, machine output is increased, unattended machining is made possible and the cost of cutting tools is reduced. And all this without changing existing processes, NC programmes or operating procedures.
