Ordering a Field Service

Please contact your Contact for Field Services with your order. This is also applicable if you are an OEM or a dealer and wish to place an on-site service order at your final customer's, who belongs to a different country ("international order"). In this case, your regional Service Center will pass on the order to the service station in the country of assignment, who will carry out the service.

Types of field services

For processing our on-site services, we use service management systems. They support our service centers in coordinating the field service. Service assignments are subdivided into four processing classes for prioritization.
