This process will be charged €25 excluding tax.

To change your company's RIB, simply send the new RIB indicating your contract number to our Customer Service by email at: serviceclient-sls.fr@siemens.com.

This process will be charged €35 excluding tax.

If you have not taken out insurance in your name, Siemens Financial Services has taken one out in its own name and for its own account to protect the financed equipment through the insurance intermediary Acquis.

In all cases, we thank you for informing us of the occurrence of a claim by email at the following address: serviceclient-sls.fr@siemens.com with the subject line "Claim" and specifying your contract references or, failing that, your SIREN number. Additionally, you must contact the equipment insurer:

If the equipment is insured through the insurance intermediary Acquis: If insurance compensation is paid to Siemens Financial Services as the insured, it will be allocated to the repair or replacement of the financed equipment. To do this, you must immediately in case of a claim:

Make a claim report by phone at 0 800 914 664 and provide all necessary information;

For any claim caused by theft or attempted theft, file a detailed complaint with the police in the jurisdiction where the claim occurred; as soon as possible, provide the Police with a complete list and description of the missing insured equipment; and provide the police report and/or complaint number to our insurance agent Acquis when reporting the claim.

If the equipment is insured with another broker or insurance company, in case of a claim, you must contact this party without delay.

In the case where the equipment is insured by your own insurer, the waiver is valid only in case of partial claim.

Please send the expert report, as well as your insurer's contact information by email to our Customer Service at the following address: serviceclient-sls.fr@siemens.com, with the subject line "Claim" and specifying your contract references or, failing that, your SIREN number.

In order for the equipment to no longer be covered by insurance in the name and on behalf of Siemens Financial Services, simply send your valid damage insurance certificate to our Customer Service by email at the address: serviceclient-sls.fr@siemens.com specifying your contract number.

The insurance will be deactivated once the notification of opposition is confirmed by your insurer.

To request a duplicate payment schedule, simply send a request for a duplicate indicating your contract number to our Customer Service by email at the following address: serviceclient-sls.fr@siemens.com.

This process will be charged €25 excluding tax.

When you terminate your financial lease contract, please contact the supplier who delivered the equipment to return it to them. The supplier's name appears on your contract.

To terminate your contract early or to know the amount of the termination, please contact Customer Service:

For a business transfer, in order to proceed with the waiver, please send us the following documents:

• The transfer form completed and signed by both parties*
• The SEPA mandate completed by the transferee*
• The transferee's RIB
• A Kbis extract of the transferee
• The deed of sale
