Terms & Conditions

Siemens Extended Warranty refers to a one-year extension beyond the standard warranty.

The following terms and conditions apply:

• Available for Siemens products purchased between March 2025 and March 2026 directly from Siemens or Siemens authorized partners. Find the right Siemens partner here.

• The product must be registered on MyRegistrationPage with the final place of installation in order to qualify for the 1-year extended warranty.

• The total warranty period shall not exceed 24 months from the invoice date.

• Applicable to all Siemens Digital Industries products.

• The extended warranty does not cover spare parts.

• Extended warranty exclude Siemens IPC & SITOP SCALANCE.

• The extended warranty is valid within the ASEAN region only: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam.
