Symbia T6 and Symbia T16 are part of the Siemens SPECT/CT product family. These imaging systems represent the true integration of state-of-the-art SPECT and high quality multi-slice CT. These tri-modality systems have a patient bed supporting up to 500 lbs and flexible imaging configurations including seated and gurney imaging and provide full functionality for all SPECT-only, SPECT•CT, or stand-alone CT diagnostic applications in Oncology, Neurology, and Cardiology. Automation features including automatic collimator exchange and automatic quality control ensure efficient system operation.
The Symbia T6 and Symbia T16 scanner models have recently been updated to include audible noise reduction technology which reduces the noise level in the imaging room by 7 decibels.
