New hires declined by 29% in the year under review. This is the first year-on-year fall for two fiscal years. At the same time, exits were 17% down in comparison with the previous year. The percentage of all company dismissals was 19% for the year, compared to 16% the year before. All other variations result from changes in the scope of consolidation and other changes.

The distribution of employees by age group remained almost unchanged in comparison with the year before. As in the previous fiscal years, the medium age in the year under review was again 40.
