With the compact SINAMICS V90 frequency converter, Siemens offers solutions for simple and more highly dynamic applications. The compact devices are suitable for industrial applications, for example in electronic assembly machines, the printing and packaging industries and for material handling machines.
The system features one-button tuning and real-time auto-tuning. The control loop parameters are optimized automatically. One-button tuning can be used during commissioning of the system.
The system enables sufficient encoder resolution (up to 21 bits) and high data transfer rates.
Rapid acceleration and braking, smooth operation help ensure high machine productivity and optimize your machines’ performance.

SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motors are permanent-magnet-excited synchronous motors designed for operation without external cooling. The heat is dissipated through the surface of the motor. The quick-release connectors facilitate fast and easy installation. The motors are capable of a threefold overload and can be combined with the SINAMICS V90 frequency converters to create an efficient servo system.
