2. Any use of the video and audio material must be authorized in advance by
Siemens AG, with details of the production, client, probable date of
broadcast, intended purpose and period of use.

3. Authorization is strictly limited to a one-time use in the production
described. Separate authorization must be obtained for addition use of the
material in other productions.

4. The user is obligated not to use the video and audio material to the
detriment of Siemens AG.

5. The video and audio material provided by Siemens AG must be used
exclusively for editorial, non-commercial television purposes, and may not
be passed on to third parties.
