The Hypercube building is controlled by a building management system from Siemens which regulates the air-conditioning system, the lighting, and the power distribution. The goal: The Hypercube should be as economical, ecological, ergonomic, and energy efficient as possible. It is currently being certified as one of Russia's first buildings to meet the LEED standard (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) of the U.S. Green Building Council.
