Siemens' B75 rotor blade weighs about 25 tons, which is equal to the weight of four bull elephants. Each rotor consists of three B75 rotor blades, including the hub. The rotor is lifted by cranes to the top of the wind turbine tower. Once rotating, the tip height of the wind turbines is about 200 meters.
