The Industry portfolio will remain oriented to standardized platforms for drives, automation and software used in the manufacturing and process industries as well as in transportation and building solutions.

Siemens presents key components for electromobility at the Hanover Fair

At this year’s Hanover Fair Siemens is presenting key components for electromobility as part of the Mobilitec tradeshow lineup. These components include newly developed charging stations as an integral feature of a future charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, and the requisite software and IT.

Siemens supports TectoYou by taking 1,050 high school pupils to Hannover Messe 2010

The aim of TectoYou, the national initiative of Hannover Messe AG and “Germany – Land of Ideas” launched in collaboration with various associations and sponsored by Germany’s Federal Minister for Education and Research, Prof. Dr. Annette Schavan, is to inspire young people for technical professions and ignite their fascination for future technologies.
