"Wagner for everyone" – Siemens Festival Night 2010 with new program
On Siemens Festival Night, the Bayreuth Festival - in cooperation with Siemens and the Siemens Stiftung - hosted a public viewing of Richard Wagner's opera "Valkyrie" at Bayreuth's festival square. The performance (produced by Tankred Dorst) was also broadcast live on the internet. For the first time a public viewing for children took place.
