Which documents do I need?
Your application should comprise a completed online application form, a cover letter, a resume and further meaningful documents: e.g. school and/or university certificates, employment references as well as additional qualification certificates (time spent overseas, references).
How long will it take me to register and apply for a job?
If you have your documents ready it will take about 15 minutes to complete the online form.
I don't see a job in my field. Can I still apply?
Yes. You can sign in, create your account by saving all your personal data and make your profile visible for the recruiting options of your choice.
Can I apply for different positions in different countries?
Yes. Search for the job you want to apply for and chose from the drop down menu in the column "Actions"

To give your application as much visibility as possible, you should apply in English.

After you have successfully submitted your application you will receive an auto reply to your saved email address.
Who has access to my data?
The relevant persons required to fill open positions within the Siemens group have access to your stored data, depending on the option chosen by you (I-III).
To ensure proper consideration of your application, selected employees of Siemens have access to the data. In addition, selected employees of subcontractors of Siemens have access to the data from the U.S. in order to fulfill their administrative and support duties. These employees are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes and are under the obligation to maintain secrecy. An appropriate level of data protection is thereby ensured.
Your data is protected against unauthorized access through encrypted transmission and storage, a role and authorization concept, a data backup concept and physical security measures for the servers.
How do I withdraw my application?
After you have logged in, you will find in the tab "My Profile" a button which allows you to delete your profile.
