Our aim is to complete the four-stage recruitment process within four to six weeks. If we are impressed with your CV, we will contact you for an initial telephone interview. Should the positive impression be confirmed, two additional interview rounds with experienced Siemens executives will follow. We will give same-day feedback on our decision after each interview round.
The FEP was founded in 2008 by Joe Kaeser, Chief Financial Officer of Siemens. He is the leader of the program, and has been personally promoting the FEP together with his leadership team ever since.
You will get feedback after all of the interviews on the same day.
You will receive a permanent employment contract when joining the FEP. This is part of our commitment to your finance career in Siemens.
Siemens will support you with your move to a new destination, regardless of whether you are arriving from a foreign or domestic location. In collaboration with a competent relocation company, assistance is also provided for visa acquisition, resident registration, etc.
Assignments are selected under consideration of each candidate's educational background and prior work experience, thereby guaranteeing the candidate's optimum development.
The FEP is a global program. Your assignments could be in any of the 190 countries in which Siemens currently maintains a presence.
Your performance as a FEP associate is monitored regularly and shared with you. A final evaluation of each associate's professional and personal development is made at the end of the program. The outcome determines which role or initial management position is best for you at the conclusion of the program.
