We want to make your first step towards Siemens as easy as possible by offering as much support as possible with your application. We are just as curious and eager about you, as you are about us.
Searching and finding jobs

Apply online
Due to the number of applications we receive every day, you are requested to apply via our online registration tool.
If you are applying for the first time, please create your user profile before you apply. To create your user profile, click on the “Sign in” button in the top right corner and choose the option “Create an account to apply for our career opportunities”. Now just follow the instructions and verify your profile.
Your application should comprise a completed online application form, a cover letter, a resume and further meaningful documents: e.g. school and/or university certificates, employment references as well as additional qualification certificates (time spent overseas, references).

Your Application
You took the time to apply to Siemens and now we would like you to give us some time to review your application. The decision to invite you to an interview or assessment center is made by both the department you have applied for and our recruitment department.
Feedback from the recruiting center
Usually your application will be reviewed within two weeks by the recruitment department.
Depending on the position you have applied for, as well as country specific processes, the first step will be a telephone interview. Of course you may ask your questions regarding the company and the position during the call, too.

Job interview
A hint from our side: Before the interview try to think about abilities and experiences which qualify you for the position you have applied for. You should be able to give examples of where you have gained these in your academic, working and private/social life.
Try to reduce stress by being prepared and on time.
Employment contract
After a successful interview we usually provide you with your working contract. We ask you to sign the contract and send it back to us as soon as possible. This process also depends on country specific regulations.
