What motivation did you have to apply for the Siemens Advanced Program?
The Siemens Advanced Program was the perfect option for me, combining a master’s degree with a challenging start as a trainee in a top company.

Right now I’m working on a project to improve the early involvement of strategic procurement in the product development process.
Why Procurement? Tell us what motivates you.
Procurement is a very interesting field, not only because of the potential to have a significant impact on business results. The projects and tasks to be done are mostly accomplished in cross-functional teams. I enjoy working with suppliers outside of the company’s production, because I always get to see new things and never stop learning.
In your opinion: what is the great advantage of working and studying at the same time?
It’s great that you don’t have to decide to pursue only one of them. By studying and working at the same time, you can get a higher degree while gaining incredible hands-on experience in a professional environment.
