Preparation of a Germany-wide tender for cleaning services. My role is the support function of the global commodity manager for the material field of cleaning.

Procurement is about acquiring goods, not just at the right price, but also in the right quality. In addition suppliers are seen as partners, keeping in mind that procurement is a relationship that can be mutually beneficial and that keeping suppliers content in the relationship can bring about greater flexibility, the ability to negotiate and a very productive working arrangement.

First of all, you immediately apply the theoretical lectures in your department and absorb the educational content. The preparation of the master thesis forces the student to get to know the different aspects of procurement and thereby extends the professional background.
