Describe the procedure of a typical Procurement project in milestones:
Starting with PO creation by the project managers, our department arranges the delivery date and coordinates all steps with our forwarder agency. Moreover, some shipments need special permission from the local government to be imported to the kingdom. So we deal with that too. Some parts used in any project need to be repaired, so we arrange to have them fixed by shipping them back to Germany.
