Your education
You have completed your master or diploma studies with above-average grades or possibly expanded your specialist knowledge with a doctoral degree. As our international development program is aimed at recent graduates, you should have finished your studies either within the last year or, alternatively, you’ll do so in the next few months.
Your knowledge
Aside from having an excellent command of the national language of your SGP country, you are also fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of further languages is welcome.
Your experience

Furthermore, you’ll also be expected to have expanded your skills and expertise by way of targeted practical experience.
