You have completed your master degree with above-average grades, PHD candidates are also welcome. Completion of a course of study in engineering, for example, with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering. As our international development program is aimed at recent graduates, you should have finished your studies either within the last year or, alternatively, you’ll be doing so in the next few months.

You are fluent in English, knowledge of further languages is of course welcome.

You have also gained significant experience of a foreign-speaking culture by way of an extended stay abroad. You should be open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges as well as fexible, mobile and interested in working in an international and constantly changing work environment.
