Your education

You have completed either an engineering or business-oriented course of study, focusing on one of the following technical fields of study: electrical engineering, operational technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering, technical informatics or computer science. As a graduate in business administration, you have completed an MBA, ideally majoring in HR management.

Your language skills

You are fluent in Arabic and English.

Your experience

You should have gained a maximum of three years of work experience. You have also spent at least six months living in a foreign-language culture during the course of an international work or study assignment.
