You have completed your master or diploma studies with above-average grades or possibly expanded your specialist knowledge with a doctoral degree. As our international development program is aimed at recent graduates, you should have finished your studies either within the last year or, alternatively, you’ll be doing so in the next few months.

You are fluent in English, basic German is a plus but not a requirement, knowledge of further languages is of course welcome.

You have also gained intercultural experience by way of an extended stay (minimum of six months) abroad in a foreign-language cultural area.

Your detailed application should include a cover letter, CV and all necessary certificates, e.g., diplomas, report cards or performance overviews and certifications of internships, student traineeships and international experience.

In Germany, the ideal time to apply is about four months before you plan to enter the program. Program entry is possible at basically any time.
