The selection process
After sighting your application documents, we will decide whether your application meets our basic requirements. If so, we will invite you to take part in our multiple-phase selection procedure. This process starts with an initial interview that will either take place over the phone or in person. During this interview, we will of course also ask you what in particular you find appealing about the Siemens Graduate Program and which of our Sectors you are most interested in.
After a successful interview, you’ll be asked to participate in a special assessment. You’ll be invited to join us personally at one of our business locations and with a variety of interview situations, role plays, case studies and presentations we’ll quickly get to know you better, especially in regard to your personal and professional diversity and versatility. And because you’ll also want to get to know us better, we’ll have various SGP decision-makers taking part in the meetings. After all, for a partnership to be successful, one needs to know the person sitting on the other side of the table.
Have you defined your career objectives and are now looking for the best opportunities for career entry and advancement? Dare to ask. You’ll find that the Siemens Graduate Program is the answer to your question. We look forward to your application!
