Two industrial turbines and electrical equipment are supplied to the Bai Bang Paper Company.

The 140-megabit transmission line between Hanoi, De Nang and the provinces in the Mekong Delta is commenced.

An order is received from the Post and Telephone department of Ho Chi Minh City for a telephone system for 16,500 subscribers in Chalon.
1993
A representative office is opened in Hanoi and a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City.

A joint venture is founded with the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications (VNPT) under the name of TELEQ.
