After an S&H branch is established in ’s-Gravenhage, Bartels & Haager becomes S&H’s agent in Luxembourg.

The Société Anonyme Luxembourgeoise d‘Electricité is founded, in which S&H has a majority stake; dynamo machines are supplied for the Ettelbrück hydroelectric power plant.
1908
The Société Anonyme Luxembourgeoise d‘Electricité is liquidated; a sub-office of the Rheinische SSW GmbH, Mannheim, now takes over as representative for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The Technical Bureau Metz becomes the representative for heavy-current business in Luxembourg.

An independent SSW subsidiary is founded in Luxembourg.

The Centrale d’Electricité et de Constructions SA is founded to represent the whole company in Luxembourg and Belgium

Business is resumed in Luxembourg and Belgium with the founding of the Société Nouvelle Siemens SA.

The company is renamed SA Siemens N.V.; in 1969 it becomes Siemens S.A./N.V.
