At a large number of locations in Europe, India, and China, software specialists work in close cooperation with the experts in the Siemens sectors and provide software development services across the entire product life cycle, with world-class skills and an optimum cost position – a contribution to make Siemens even more competitive globally.
The most important foundation of the Corporate Development Center’s successes are the employees. Thus, in fiscal year 2012 more than 800 new talents have been attracted and the Corporate Development Center’s employee retention rate of 94 percent is significantly above industry average.
